Bob Forman is a board member and Chairman of ITech. Mr. Forman founded IMI Systems and was its President from 1979 until 1997. Under his leadership, IMI grew to an organization with revenues in excess of $350 million, a staff of 3,500 professionals and 35 offices in the U.S., U.K., Canada and Ireland. IMI assisted their clients with the design, implementation and maintenance of their clients' computer systems. These services were provided on a management consultancy, Vendor Management, staff supplementation, and project and outsourcing basis. IMI specialized in the design and implementation of service order and billing systems in the telecommunications industry. In 1984, Inc. Magazine recognized IMI as one of the fastest growing small, privately-held companies in the U.S. In 1995, the Olsten Corporation acquired IMI Systems Inc. as its platform company with responsibility for building a $500 million dollar IT services company. Mr. Forman was an Executive Vice President of Olsten (a Fortune 500 Company). In 1999 & 2000 he returned to IMI to manage it through its merger into Ajilon/Adecco.
Mr. Forman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Additionally, he was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
Ernie Molinaro is a Board Member and CEO of ITech with responsibility for the operational management of the business. Before joining ITech, he amassed more than 20 years of experience in information technology staffing and project consulting. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of an information technology consulting services firm, where he had responsibility for day-to-day management of $120 million in revenue, over 1,400 employees, oversight of 15 offices, definition of solution offerings, and implementation of front line processes. Mr. Molinaro also served in multiple positions from account executive to regional sales manager and finally as Executive Vice President of IMI Systems, Inc., where he had responsibility for the management of operations of a $320 Million dollar company with over 3,200 employees and 23 branch offices. IMI provided Vendor Management Services, Staff Supplementation and solution offerings.
Ron Patrick is Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for company financials. Mr. Patrick has extensive financial and operational experience with information technology staffing firms. He co-founded and served as President of ITech Consulting Group, Inc. from 1998 until early 2006. Prior to ITech, he was the CFO of COMSYS (a division of Metamor) and was directly involved in integrating approximately 20 acquisitions over a two year period, developing a common business model platform and implementing financial reporting/budgeting standards. Revenues during this period grew to $500 million. In addition, he had management responsibility for human resources and contracts.
Mr. Patrick was CFO of Cutler/Williams for 13 years until its acquisition in 1995 by Metamor (formerly Corestaff). Cutler/Williams was subsequently merged with COMSYS (another Metamor acquisition). His duties at Cutler/Williams covered a broad range, including managing human resources, legal, internal systems, technical evaluations for candidates and field operations. He began his career as a CPA with Fox & Co (now part of Grant Thornton) and Laventhol & Horwath.
